"Mental peace and life"

 Life without mental peace is nothing but a disaster. A person who is dealing with  mental problems can never be happy. In our society, mental health care is so underrated. Some people do not even believe in mental health care. According to WHO, 1 in every 8 people in the world live with a mental disorder. It is really hard to find someone who does not suffer from mental health problems. Most of the people around us are traumatized or mentally unstable. Still people ignore their mental health. Then we wonder why there are so much cases  of  emotional immaturity, anxiety, depression, post-Traumatic Stress Disorder suicide, schizophrenia, suicide and etc.



I remember when I had my first anxiety attack. It was not so serious but what I felt was so unknown to me. I didn't even know that I had anxiety before that attack. Yes it is true, because our society and even educational institutes do not teach us these things. Our parents do not care about these problems. I wish they believed when I told them that I was not feeling good because of my mental health. But I did  not give up. I wanted to know what is the reason behind my anxiety, what causes my anxiety and how I can control it. I just wanted to understand mental health problems  and the ways to heal from them. Then I started my psychological research. I found the concept of inner child, Trauma body, emotional maturity, reparenting, ego stories, boundaries, mind-body healing practices. These concepts are a lifesaver for me. I  don’t know if you are suffering from any mental problems or not but I can tell these concepts will make your life easier and these will help you to find your mental peace. I also want to mention someone who inspired me to heal from my mental problems. Her name is Dr. Nicole Lepera. She is a holistic psychologist. She runs a website  https://theholisticpsychologist.com/blog/ where she shares so many helpful tools to heal. I have learned so much from her. She also runs an instagram page https://www.instagram.com/the.holistic.psychologist/?hl=en where she shares free tools to heal mental problems and etc. The main purpose of my blog is to spread awareness about mental health. I want a society where everyone prioritizes their mental health like their physical health. I really want parents to care when their child says he is feeling mental illness.




Mental health care is a lifelong journey. I have been journaling and meditating for my anxiety. Now I know that I am my own best healer. I wish you guys to understand this too and start prioritizing your mental health. Don't wait for someone to save you when you can be your own saver. That is all I wanted to share. If this blog helps  even a single  person, I will consider this as my success.
